Jim installed 2 ZipTrack blinds and they have created an outdoor room area that is private, allows airflow with added weather protection. This has given our family a new space to gravitate to in summer and winter. We then engaged Jim again to install drop down awnings to increase our outdoor shade area in summer and they have transformed the outdoor space again.
