Jim was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. His quote was prompt, reasonable, and he was able to come out quickly to get the job done.

He took the time to explain exactly what he fixed and even gave us helpful tips on how to better use the remote for our curtains. What really stood out was that he went above and beyond — he noticed that the brackets for our other blinds was loose and fixed it for us at no extra charge.

We needed an outdoor blind fixed as it had stopped working. We came across Jim’s website and booked for him to come at the end of the month

The same day, Jim reached out and said he could come in a couple days time. I was so impressed

When Jim came, he was extremely efficient at identifying the issue and fixed it within the hour.
He came out on a Sunday and was in and out so quick. He was also extremely affordable
