Thank you so much to Jim and his wife, Esther. We had our vertical blinds and one Holland blind cleaned and restored last week. They went above and beyond to get our 25 large blinds cleaned, resewn & re-beaded back to us the next day (even when I added the bottom re-stringing job at the last minute!). Jim came the evening I rang to give a quote and they were able to do the job by the next week. They look fantastic and were done for a reasonable price and certainly cheaper than new blinds. Very friendly, accommodating and excellent customer service…no problems recommending their service to anyone. Totally ★★★★★ worthy!

I used Jim’s Express Services for the first time today to repair a huge, heavy roman blind & what a pleasure it was! Jim is delightful, extremely thorough and goes over and beyond what was expected. Jim repaired more than was quoted & he did all repairs on the spot taking extra time to ensure the blind was fully operational. I’ve used a larger, perhaps better known firm previously to repair these blinds & Jim’s service far exceeds the other firm. Jim’s was more economical, much friendlier, the parts appear to be much better quality than previously used & Jim is very efficient repairing on the spot (the other firm had to take the blind away for a week!).
